4th Element Xerotherm+ Complete XEROTHERM+

Made using Polartec Powerstretch which was originally developed for NASA.

Designed to be worn under a padded undersuit or on its own under a crushed neoprene drysuit, it provides astonishing warmth without contributing to bulk.

WARM:
The Xerotherm is the ultimate base layer system for dry suit diving. It can be used either on its own under crushed neoprene or under a Thinsulate to augment a diver's existing thermal protection.

LIGHTWEIGHT:
Constructed from Polartec Power Stretch fabric which has been used on several Everest expeditions, the Xerotherm is the most effective next to the skin garment for ensuring warmth and comfort in demanding environmental conditions.

FAST WICKING:
The Xerotherm is made from the fastest wicking fabric in existence. Moisture is moved away from the skin. Air, which is a far superior insulator, is held at the skins surface. This dramatically reduces conductive heat loss from the body.

FOUR WAY STRETCH & VERSATILITY:
Worn under membrane suits, as a base layer beneath existing thermal protection, the Xerotherm significantly improves a diver's warmth and comfort. Under crushed neoprene suits the low volume, high thermal performance of the Xerotherm provides outstanding protection without loss of freedom of movement.

DESIGN FEATURES:
1.) High waisted leggings with flat tape ensures no separation of top and leggings. Flat seams are used throughout to maximise next to the skin comfort.
2.) Secure foot pockets ensure leggings stay in place whilst donning a drysuit. On the top, thumb loops prevent sleeves from riding up.
3.) Almost 70% of heat is lost through the head. The xerotherm hat, which is warm even when wet, is ideal pre and post dive thermal protection.
4.) The Xerotherm vest is the perfect accompaniment to a xerotherm for extra protection for the body core. Comfortable and warm, it can make all the difference on a long deco stop.

Moras mi reci kako sljaka kad ga probas na Adi, ovde je jos 24C voda pa nisam merodavan

Ok, i ja ga zato nisam probao, nosio sam neko tanko, otkud 24, u Sharmu je 27

Nemam pojma meni juce ppisalo 24 na kompu, mozda sam se nesto istripovao, mada se oseti da je zagudilo malo, pogotovo kad zune vetar.
Jos nisam odneo odelo kod onog italijana da ga sredi, jedino on ima lepak na celom sinaju (izgleda). Valjda ce se zvezde sklope uskoro?

Oni odlicno rade, meni je puklo neko Mares 3mm, odneo sam ga cisto reko da ga okrpi da izdrzi za period dok sam bio tamo, racunam kupicu novo kada se vratim, medjutim covek ga je napravio da se ne primecuje, zamenio parce i sada je ko novo, nema potrebe da kupujem novo, prijatno sam se iznenadio.

Manzetne sredjene!! Stavio sam one heavy duty latex i stvarno deluju majstorski. Sutre idem da overim kako je zakrpio i kako radi 4th element. Voda je juce bila 23C i posle 65min u mokrom odelu nisam osecao delove tela:-)) Al' nece moci vise tako bogami!!!!

23 stepena! Pa to je toplo, zamisli da si ronio 65 minuta na 7 stepeni u mokrom odelu! Nebi osecao ni delove glave, a i k... bi ti se smanjio toliko da bi se zena razvela od tebe...

Jebiga, kad sam sisa....

U Egiptu je najveci problem zimi, obicno u februaru kad temparatura vazduha padne na cak 11 stepeni a more je 21 do 23 i kad skines mokro odelo vetar te produva i smrznes se ko p... A posada ne dozvoljava da se presvlacis u kabini. Za to treba suvo odelo bez daljeg. I najgore je to sto ne ocekujes da ce ti biti hladno pa se opustis, a kod nas zimi unapred znas da ces da se smrznes ko p... i nabijes se adrenalinom i nekako ti bude lakse da to podneses....

Kako god da okrenes ne treba se smrzavati, a tesko da je 11 stepeni, toliko nije ni nocu, u to doba je preko dana 18-20 obicno

Bogami u Hurgadi sam jednom bio krajem februara i bilo je okruglo 11 stepeni doduse ujutro oko 9 sati, a vetar je dodatno pojacavao utisak hladnoce. Ja poneo samo shorty... more toplo oko 22 do 23 ali kad izadjes nimalo prijatno iskustvo... Lokalci kazu da se to desava kad dune hladan vetar iz pustinje u kojoj nocu temparatura pada i na 0 stepeni.
U Sharmu se to retko desava zato sto je na drugacijem polozaju od Hurgade.
